All
original artwork is executed with the finest quality archival materials and workmanship. Framed and matted pieces
are custom
archival quality. Occasionally two parties may be
inquiring about the same piece at the same time or the
piece may be sold. Our policy is to honour requests for originals
in the order they are received. We accept serious "back-up"
buyers until the initial transaction is
successfully completed.

After receiving your email or phone message, I will contact you within 24 hours with the information that you will
need to complete your purchase.
PayPal, Credit card purchase through PayPal, check or money orders are accepted as payment. A deposit of 50%
will hold a painting on layaway for 30 days. If you would like to use PayPal for payment, please contact me with
your account email and I will send an invoice you through PayPal.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the artwork for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. The artist must
be contacted by you within 5 days of receipt of the painting to receive a refund or art exchange.

Just for fun, we have a special give-away and auctions for our on-line guests. Check out eBay for auctions. We often
have small studio studies; demonstration work; end-of-run prints and fun little originals that we'd like to share with you.
All guest sign-ins will be eligible for these free drawings. Signing the guest book also enables us to notify you of new
works, pre-sale prints available, raffles, new art auctions, workshops and our newsletter.

SHIPPING AND
HANDLING
All orders are shipped insured UPS Ground or USPS priority insured unless other arrangements are requested.
Orders are shipped within three working days of when payment clears. Personal check orders are shipped when check
clears, usually within ten days. Special orders such as commissions, multiple items, large framed originals or intricate
folk art will be estimated for you.
The item will be shipped only after you have been notified by email of the amount and anticipated arrival date.
Please email us for International delivery charges or for quantity shipping.
Every care is taken with packing, shipping and assuring the safe delivery of your artwork.

Each
print is produced on the finest, acid-free paper available and comes with an artist-signed and numbered certificate
of
authenticity and an artist's biography. The artist personally monitors and oversees the production of each print,
assuring the highest possible quality, often enhancing them by hand, before hand-signing and
numbering. The process is arduous and very time-consuming, but necessary for the quality
we demand. For this reason, Carlson's editions are extremely small, seldom over 100 and
exclusive to her collectors.
To protect copyright infringement, there is a "no return" policy on
ALL prints.
